One email address, a realistic response time, and what to include so we can sort it out first time.
Email support
We read everything and reply to most messages within one to two business days.
What to include
- For an order question: your order number and the email address you ordered with.
- For a refund: your order number and purchase date. See the refund policy for the full process.
- For a shipping question: your order number and delivery address.
- For a product question: just ask — no order number needed.
What we cannot do. We cannot give medical advice, tell you whether AlkaTide is safe alongside your specific medication, or advise you to stop taking anything. Those questions need your doctor or pharmacist — and a pharmacist will answer them free in about three minutes at the counter.
Response times
We reply to most messages within one to two business days, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or a US public holiday are answered on the next working day. If you have not heard back after three business days, check your spam folder before writing again — automated filters catch our replies more often than we would like.
Refunds and the 60-day window
If you are writing about a refund, please send your message inside the 60-day window rather than after it, and include your order number and purchase date. That single line lets us start the process immediately instead of writing back to ask for it. The exact steps are set out on our refund policy page.
Product questions we are happy to answer
- What is in the formula and what each ingredient is for — see the ingredients page.
- How and when to take it — see the how it works page.
- How long it takes before you would notice anything.
- Shipping timescales and where we deliver.
If something has gone wrong
If you are having a reaction to any supplement — rash, swelling, difficulty breathing — stop taking it and seek medical care immediately. In an emergency call your local emergency number. Adverse reactions to dietary supplements can also be reported to the FDA, and that reporting is how problems in this industry get identified at all. Please also let us know, so we have a record.
